Mr.Sanan Sirion was a Professional Engineer (10th, P.E.) of the Royal Irrigation Department. He has more than 60 years of experience in project administration, project planning, feasibility studies, and detailed design. He also provided supervision and advisory services for the operation of irrigation and flood-resistant projects, water resource development, large dams, and irrigation development projects.
