Associate Professor Prasert Pholdee has a wide range of engineering disciplines, especially in structural mechanics and design. He was the first head of the civil engineering department of the engineering faculty at Kasetsart University. According to his high experience, he was established as the project engineer for Kasetart University by the World Bank. Until his retirement, he was invited as dean of the engineering faculty at Sripatum University (1986–1992, B.E. ), whereupon he came to Srinakharinwirot University to develop the civil engineering department.
